Coaching for:  ADHD, Relationships & Dating, Life

I help you reach greater levels of success & happiness by helping you to call upon

the strongest part of yourself attune to what's most important.

Reasons to work with a coach:

  • You have goals you'd like to reach that are impeded by ADHD or symptoms of inattention
  • You are having trouble managing academics in high school or college
  • Coworkers and/or your manager have noticed you are falling behind at work due to trouble focusing
  • You'd like love in your life but don't know where to start or how to begin a successful relationship
  • Your home life feels chaotic or disorganized and you want to manage it better
  • You suffer from social anxiety and are ready to take steps to increase confidence in social situations
  • You'd like to perform better at work or be considered for a promotion
  • You  have an important goal that keeps getting put on the backburner and you're ready to move forward

How coaching works:

  • We meet weekly to start
  • We work as partners on behaviors and strategies to try that will help you get closer to your goals
  • We problem solve and discuss different situations and strategies from various perspectives
  • You decide on actions to take over the coming week
  • We evaluate how things worked out, what needs to change, what can be better, and the best next steps
  • We create new hard-wired behaviors that you can rely on to consistently move closer to your goals
  • As you progress, we reduce the frequency of our meetings to bi-weekly and then monthly until you feel you've met your objectives

More information to consider

My name is Sarah Shore and I am a professional coach, specializing in human development over the life span, including social, academic, career, relationship, and spiritual growth. I advise, coach, and facilitate your progress toward your most important goals.

My job is to help you feel secure, strong, and more focused on what's personally meaningful in terms of your success and overall happiness.  If you want to tune into that and get moving more swiftly toward your goals and the vision you have for your life, I can help.

Getting proper coaching can make a big difference. A good coach helps you get started on your goals faster, stick with them longer than you may have alone, and develop greater understanding and trust in yourself as you navigate your unique path...all with greater clarity and joy along the way.

I will call you at the number you provide, at a time that you choose, and answer any questions you have

about my coaching programs and whether they would be a good match for you.

Do I really need a life coach?

Well, that depends!  Do you have the things that you want in life?

Or do you find yourself wanting more?

More time? More money?  More energy?  More freedom?  More achievements?  More peace?  More joy? More productivity?

Are you feeling stuck in a life that's draining you?

Do you want to feel better about yourself and your relationships?

Are there goals that you want to accomplish that have been on your to-do list for weeks, months, or years...that you never seem to get around to?

Have your goals been gathering dust on the shelf while you just manage to get through the day?  Do you feel like you're just going through the motions or wasting time or putting off what needs to get done?  Are you where you want to be?

If you're happy with your life and yourself, then no...you don't need a life coach.

But...wouldn't it be nice if you had support, structure, and accountability to move forward in certain areas?

Imagine...

  • Better health because you are eating right and exercising
  • More free time to do what you want because you are prioritizing yourself and your goals
  • A clear direction for moving forward in your career or business
  • New exciting relationships with people that inspire you
  • Financial security...or better yet, independence
  • Greater peace and joy because you've let go of what's not working
  • A daily schedule that's organized and productive

I know what's possible for you because I've spent thousands of hours coaching people just like you toward achieving their dreams. I want you to experience your dreams, and to live the life you were meant to live.

Does that mean its all wine and roses?  No. But...having a coach can sometimes mean the difference between living a mediocre life and living a life that really inspires you and just feels good.

ADHD:  Life Success System for ADHD (and the College Success System for ADHD).  My point of view on ADHD is based on just about 20 years of working with children, adolescents, and adults who've been diagnosed or exhibit symptoms congruent with ADD/ADHD. There is a real difference in the ways ADHD and non-ADHD brains go through life.  Because we live in a society that so strongly values punctuality, hard work, ambition, and achievement, ADHD'ers with their tardiness and forgetfulness are often viewed as lazy or unconcerned. And that's not the case. If you are living with an ADHD brain, you should know about and understand the concept of neuro-diversity. And  you should know that there are things we can work on that can make living in a non-ADHD world a lot easier and more peaceful. You can be more productive, you can be more present, less distracted, more confident, less scattered, less forgetful, less apologetic. You can understand yourself and your brain better...and this will help you repair some of the hurts you've suffered to your self-esteem.  You can read more of my take on ADHD here.

You can reach out to me for private ADHD coaching which is usually weekly to start ($125 per session) or enroll in an ADHD coaching group ($125 initial session fee + $25 per group session).  During the initial private session, we outline your goals for the program. During the first 4 week session, you complete educational modules and track your progress daily.  You also participate in a monthly group coaching session.  If you wish, you may continue getting the accountability, structure, and coaching of the program by renewing your participation every 4 weeks so that you are receiving ongoing support.  Each group session is $25.

Social Anxiety: The Easy Confidence Program. This program is for those who are struggling to make connections and feel at ease socially. To begin, we start with a private session via phone or video conference ($125 fee) to set your goals for the initial program term.  Then, you can begin weekly group sessions ($25 per group) where you track your progress daily, working developing new skills, and conquer your anxiety in a way that feels aligned with your true self. You may continue in the weekly program as long as you like. Your participation includes membership in the online accountability program which helps keep you accountable and moving forward on your goals.
