Sarah Shore Coaching & Training, LLC

Helping you make a positive impact in life and in business

Sarah Shore is a dynamic, energized professional who believes in the power of individuals and organizations to accomplish their greatest goals and achieve their highest potential. Sarah is an expert in the processes of change and improvement--bringing over 15 years of professional experience to her coaching and consulting practice.

Through the artful application of motivation theory, team-building, and personal development facilitation, she has guided individuals and organizations in moving toward greater fulfillment, satisfaction and achievement.

Sarah Shore began her career providing psychotherapy to underprivileged individuals and families--clients faced with innumerable barriers to achievement due to factors such as poverty, unemployment, and diminished functioning.  Despite these obstacles, some were able to succeed.  Sarah studied why this was the case.  In the process, she developed expertise in the areas of motivation, change, and improvement.  Her professional interests naturally transitioned to the field of addictions. How does one recover from an addiction?   Motivation, desire for improvement, and willingness to change.  Quickly promoted to a leadership position within a community mental health organization, Sarah shaped her skills in management and organizational development.

Sarah crafted her proficiency in group work and team building by providing educational workshops, conducting intensive group therapy sessions, providing staff development seminars, and later--by providing group facilitation, project management, coaching, and consultation with large organizations and small businesses.  She was a leading force in the development of a county-wide quality improvement plan for mental health and substance abuse treatment in Southeastern PA.  After extensive training in quality improvement, she transitioned from work with individuals and groups to consultation and coaching with organizations and teams--always guiding her clients toward positive change and lasting improvement.

Consulting with healthcare, senior executives, physicians and community organizations, she has assisted her clients in achieving desired results and maintaining positive change. Expanding her professional interests to business development she offers consulting and coaching to local small businesses and start-up companies.

As a personal and executive coach, consultant and mother of two, Sarah brings a wealth of practical skills, knowledge and expertise to her work.  Structuring her coaching practice around the concepts of sincerity, personal integrity, and success, she invites you to move toward your dreams of greater fulfillment, satisfaction and achievement.  Sarah delivers expertise and clear guidance in the areas of personal and business/organizational growth and development.
